British ex-pat, co-host of Life’s a SHITSHOW, and a straight-talker who’s not afraid to say what others won’t. I left the UK in 2018 and now call Spain home, where I’m experiencing the realities of Digital ID and life on the Canary Islands first hand. I’m a mum of three, a grandma of two, and absolutely over the menopause (which hit me in my mid 30s after a cancer scare).

I’ve survived more curveballs than most, and I bring that resilience and honesty to every episode. I’m a best-selling author of Strength & Power, What the F*ck, and Finley’s Magical Compass, and I’ve co-authored She Who Dares, From The Ashes She Is Ignited, and Permission. My background? Twenty-five years in the corporate world, including fifteen as a business management consultant in C-suite interim roles.

Tasha is my long-suffering co-host on Life’s a SHITSHOW and, despite being asked for a bio since episode one, we’re now five episodes in and I’m still waiting. Arsenal fan (yes, she’s that kind of optimist), riddled with ADHD, and Michael Jackson’s number one fan—honestly, if he were still alive she’d probably be on a watchlist for stalking.

She’s a mum to three gorgeous humans and grandma to three more, so she’s basically running her own youth club at home. As for the rest? We’ll all just have to wait and see what she comes up with, whenever she can be arsed to finally write her bio. FFS.
